The last two months have been really busy for Dunamis and the girls! With the moving to Dunamis Property and the visit of some great friends, it’s been a great time!

Last week we said goodbye to our amazing friends of The World Race (Gap Year). The World Race is part of Adventures in Missions, this program helps people of all ages to spread the love of Jesus wherever they go, and discipling those who come along the journey with them. They work in different ministries in each country they step in, helping people to get closer to God and His love.

With that being said, we spend two months with Gap Year squad V, team silverback and team tribe were our little workes and helped us build the wall, and they also got to spend some time with the girls. These two teams were ages 18 through 20 and they are already leaving their mark in the world, although sometimes work was really tiring they never gave up, some of them even got sick because we know ecuadorian food is really heavy (sorry for that!), but still with sickness, broken hands and swollen muscles, they gave their everything to God, to show their love for Him and the girls He is protecting.

Dear Squad V,

It was really fun having you all work in the wall, God put you all to work as a team and it was incredible. You moved 4000 bricks down a hill at over 10,000 ft, with rain and mist, and you didn’t give up. Thank you so much for your help, it was a blessing meeting people that are so in love with God and His word. We will have you on our prayers!

Dear team Tribe and Silverback,

Thanks to you the wall is 80% done, Paul and all the workes really appreciate what you’ve done here. Your children like spirit really helped the girls overcome some of the problems they’ve had and they understand a little more about God and His love for them. Sorry for the lice and the swollen muscles, thanks to your hard work we now have a road so that other teams that come don’t have it as bad as you. You will always be remembered here at Dunamis, you will always have a home in Ecuador and just know that what you have done here is something that will be here for years to come, so when you visit us again you’ll see your names in that wall! God bless you all in your next adventures!
