SPATES HOME

In view of the need in Ecuador for shelters that help women of  who are victims of sexual abuse and exploitation. Dunamis has decided to create an additional home for the girls who have been through some of the harshest trials in life. This transitional home will house up to 32 girls (some with children) and will provide the girls with a loving environment that will enable them to build faith in themselves and in God so that they may reintegrate into the world happy and healthy young women

It should be noted that for this project we need everyone’s support. Missionary groups, volunteers, interns, and anyone interested in helping this cause is welcome!

TRANSITIONAL HOME

The completion of this project will enable us at Dunamis to extend our reach to those who have been rescued from sex trafficking and prostitution who are older than 18 years of age. This home will be located within the city of Quito allowing our girls better access to resources and job opportunities. We have projected that this home will be able to hold 15-20 women and their children. Within the home, the girls will be provided will all necessities to enable their recovery as well as the opportunity to work with community members. This will be made possible by combining a safe home for our girls in recovery along with a community center so that we may continue our community workshops and therapies all while providing integration and social opportunities for our girls!
